Q. How can I get information on your funds?
A. Your financial adviser is your best source for information about the Advance Capital I Funds. For additional information you can:
- Go to our Mutual Funds section and view the funds
- Go to our document library and download our prospectus
- Call our client services department at 800-345-4783 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
Q. When are the Fund Prices updated?
A. Each Fund's share price, also called its net asset value ("NAV"), is calculated each business day that the New York Stock Exchange is open, after the close of trading (generally 4 p.m. Eastern Time). Once the Fund's NAV is calculated, we will make every effort to display the information on our website by 6 p.m. EST.
Q. How do I establish an automatic investment plan on my IRA account?
A. By establishing an automatic investment plan, you arrange to have money withdrawn automatically from your checking or savings account to invest in your mutual funds. You can choose the date, amount and frequency based on your financial objectives.
- Call your Advance Capital representative and they can assist you in establishing a plan to begin an automatic investment plan.

Q. I've moved, how do I change the address on my accounts?
A. You can contact your Advance Capital representative by calling, emailing or going to our documents page and downloading the Change of Address form, filling it out and mail or fax it to your representative.
Q. What do I need to access the forms on this website?
A. Forms on this website are in Portable Document Format ("PDF") which is the universal tool for transmitting electronic files. You can access any PDF on acfunds.com using Adobe Reader, which is usually already installed on most machines. Adobe Reader is available free of charge by Adobe Systems, Inc.

Q. I have a question that is not answered on this page, who can I call?
A. Call your Advance Capital Representative for answers to any questions you may have. If you are not currently a client, call our Headquarters office at 800-345-4783 and you will be put through to a representative who can assist you.
Q. I'd like to attend an educational seminar in my area, how do I locate one near me?
A. Go to our Seminars page and view all of our upcoming events. If you do not see one close to you, but would like to have one near you, use the form on the Contact Us page and give us details to request one.
Q. Can I access my accounts on line?
A. You can log in to your account anytime. You can view balances and transactions and print statements and tax forms.
- If you are logging on for the first time, there will be several questions to answer and you will create a user name and password for future access.
- If you are a returning user, but have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot Password' and follow the instructions.
