Personal Record Locator

Keeping track of personal and financial records can be overwhelming. By spending a little time now to get organized, you can document the location of all of your important records as well as any special instructions that might be useful to your beneficiaries when you are no longer here.

We have created two documents for your use in tracking your personal assets. The first "Personal Record Locator" allows you to create a complete record of all of your personal and financial assets as well as to identify personal advisors.

The second, an "Alphabetic Document Log" allows you to identify locations where you have stored all of your important documents by category. Both documents are in a .pdf format and can be printed and kept in a safe place. If you have v.7 of Adobe Acrobat Reader, you will be able to fill in the blanks and print the final document. Be sure to inform close family members or friends of the location of these documents.
